Art In Island

In the Philippines  – Everyone knows how hot it can get around here and that just leads to a lot of lounging around in your room with your air conditioner on full blast. A lot of us turn to going to the beach, hanging out at the mall or just plain old outings with the family as ways to beat the heat. But there are some of us who don’t want to go through the hassle of planning and all that and just want to go on a no-brainer kind of gimmick so here’s one!

Art in Island located in Cubao, Quezon city is the largest 3D museum in Asia and is founded by Yun Jae Kyoung together with his other Korean partners. It is an interactive museum, a spot any instagram addict, photographer-to-be, or everyone in general.

It is a museum that has 3D murals and paintings everywhere and in terms of the number of 3D paintings available, there are around 200 masterpieces or more. You can take a lot of pictures with them creating the perfect optical illusion that you can trick your friends with and part of the artwork itself.

It’s a whole lot of fun because you can be yourself in front of a bunch of other people who are visiting the museum too. You can create the craziest poses that may or may not go with the murals to make your pictures look funny and interesting! Let your imagination go wild if I may say so myself.

The place is a must visit because we definitely had some fun during our visit!

The entrance fee was around 400pesos with the Student and Senior Citizen discount already so don’t forget to bring your ID! And some socks too, because you’re asked to leave your shoes so you walk around the place barefoot and it does get really cold inside. The regular fee would be 500 pesos and free entrance fee for birthday celebrants! If you come back again, bring along your old ticket and you can get a 50% discount.
